Our smart design in the Lansite element provides the most accurately regulated tempuratures in the industry due to our thermocouple that measures the heated outgoing air and relays the data to the control chip that keeps a constant desired tempurature for optimum welding results.  Not just any old "ceramic" material will do for anything that bares the name Lansite. We have used a space age material called Alumina. Aluminium oxide is an amphoteric oxide of aluminium with the chemical formula Al2O3. It is also commonly referred to as alumina in the mining, ceramic and materials science communities. The Physical properties of Alumina make our elements the most advanced in world.  Lansite's segmented castings of Alumina allow our elements to expand without shattering any of the insulators, unlike the industry leaders solid casted element.  Our high temperatures thermocouples continually send data to the control unit of the welder for accurate disbursement of desired heat, giving the operator the ability to weld extremely consistent. |
